White Hole Resort Cabins, Food Services, Rates, & Directions

Our housekeeping cabins are comfortable and efficient. Each one has a spacious porch overlooking the White river. They are furnished with bath towels, bedding, and comfortable furniture.  Every kitchen has a range, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, utensils, and basic pots and skillets.

The one-bedroom cabins are the perfect size for two or three friends or a young family. They each have a double and a single bed, a sleeper-sofa, kitchen area, and a bathroom. Each cabin is part of a duplex unit with separate entrances and no connecting passage.

The two-bedroom cabins offer more space and privacy with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Each bedroom includes a double and a single bed. The living room area includes an additional sleeper-sofa. A group of 4 or 5 friends or a larger family would be very comfortable here.

Our newest four-bedroom house is now available! Designed especially with a group of 6 to 10 in mind, this very nicely furnished four-bedroom house includes two bathrooms, a great kitchen (including a dishwasher), dining room, living room (with satellite TV), and a covered porch. Three of the bedrooms include a double bed and a single bed, and the fourth room has two single beds. No pets or smoking are allowed.

With a large porch on the bank of the river, our four-bedroom cabin is the choice of many groups and larger families, or even two families traveling together. It has four private bedrooms, each with a double and single bed, and two bathrooms. Two additional bunk bed sets in the living room area provide additional sleeping space.

Have an even larger group? Then try our large-group cabin with 17 individual beds. There are four bedrooms and two baths. Even with all the beds, this cabin is very comfortable and has a nice view of the river.

If your group will not fit easily in any one of these cabins, then consider using two or more cabins. We can comfortably accommodate a group up to about 40 persons utilizing all of the cabins.

Playground & Pool
Folks of all ages can have fun at the White Hole Resort. Young children can play safely on our playground. Older children can shoot hoops or play games in the large yard. Splashing in the fenced-in pool is fun for all and a cool way to end a summer day.   Horseshoes, basketball, rock hounding on the gravel bar, and walking along our quiet country road have all been popular with guests. There is even a large campfire ring and chairs by the river bank so you can enjoy being under the stars.

Swimming in the river is not recommended due to safety concerns. Not only is the water very cold, the currents can become very dangerous. The flow of the river can change very quickly and without any warning. If you have any questions or concerns about the river conditions and flow, please let us know.

Local Attractions
We are located an hour or less driving time from many Ozark attractions. The Ozark Folk Center, Blanchard Springs Caverns, Bull Shoals Lake Dam, Branson, Missouri are all short scenic day trips away.  Day hikes, cave tours, bicycling, and several other outdoor recreation activities are close by. We also boast of several of the best arts, crafts, and antique shops in Arkansas.  If you need directions, please ask, we will be glad to help.

Many guests have been delighted with the quality of our meals. It seems that many have come back as much for the food as for the fishing. All meals are prepared fresh in our kitchen and served in our spacious dining hall overlooking the river. Our most popular meal is a country-style breakfast including scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, potatoes, and sausage gravy. Other meal options include blue-berry pancakes, fried trout, deli sandwiches, hamburgers, grilled rib-eye steaks, slow cooked pork chops, bar-b-q ribs, smoked chicken, and smoked pork. Our menu continues to expand, so check with us about new options.

Plan ahead for meal services as we do not operate a full-service restaurant. Breakfast or lunch meals can be provided with guided fishing trips or meals can be provided to groups of 6 or more persons. Arrangements for meals must be made at least one week prior to arrival to be sure everything is properly prepared. A single entree will be served at a scheduled time. Many groups have found our food quality and quantity to be an excellent choice, especially compared to preparing for themselves or going to a local restaurant. For those that prefer, there are several very fine local restaurants about 10 miles away. There is also a grocery store in both Flippin and Bull Shoals.
