Advanced deposit of one-half of all the reserved services is required and must be received within seven days of requesting a reservation. Credit card information (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) may be provided in place of a cash deposit.
For the one-room units (#s 4, 5, 6, or 7), the one-bedroom deluxe unit (#2), and two-bedroom cabins (#3 and 8), a cancellation or change to the reservation must be received no less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
For the four-bedroom or large-group cabins (#s 9, 10, or 11), a cancellation or change in the reservation must be received no less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellation of guided fishing trips must be received no less than 14 days prior to the scheduled date of the fishing trip.
Cancellation or changed to any part of a reservation, whether to services or scheduled dates, less than the above defined requirements may require the forfeiture of all or part of the deposit.
