Our one-bedroom cabins #4 and #5 sit on the south end of the resort, closer to the public access. Each cabin is half of a single duplex building, but there is no other connection between the two cabins. These simple cabins make a comfortable resting place for two or three individuals, a small family, or a couple. Reserving both cabins #4 and #5 creates the perfect balance of closeness as well as privacy for two couples traveling together. Each cabin includes a double bed, a single bed, a futon sofa, a satellite television, a dining table, and a kitchenette in one open space, about 360 square feet. Of course, there is a private bathroom and a covered porch with a great view of the river.
Pets are not permitted in cabins #4 or #5.
A two-night minimum stay is expected at all times. A three-night minimum stay is expected for the Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends. Requests for one-night reservations will be considered around the scheduling of other reservations but will not typically be accepted during our busier seasons.
You may smoke outside on the porch of your cabin. Please use the ashtrays and cigarette cans conveniently placed on the porches. In consideration of our other guests, smoking is not permitted inside any of our cabins.
Rates are dependent on the number of people in the cabin that are age 6 and over; children ages 5 and under do not count toward the occupancy limits or the rates. Each cabin has a maximum occupancy; we cannot allow overcrowding.
If you reserve cabins from us, those resources are reserved just for you. Should you need to cancel, postpone, or significantly change your reservation, then call us as soon as possible and no later than fourteen days before your scheduled arrival to any one-bedroom cabin (cabins #2, #4, #5, #6, or #7). A cancellation fee will be charged to your account if you must alter your reservation after this timeframe. For cabin reservations, our cancellation fee is one-half of the total reservation value.
Many people have commented about how peaceful it is here. In consideration of all of our guests, quiet hours must be enforced. Between the hours of 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., no loud noises should be heard from any guests or visitors whether inside or outside of any cabin.
Guests are responsible for the appropriate usage of all facilities as well as any damage beyond normal wear that is inflicted on the cabins, grounds, buildings, boats, or boat motors.
After departing, if you find you are missing something of value, please call as soon as possible to see if it has been found and to identify the item.
