Credit card information is held on file as the guarantee of a commitment to a reservation. If there is a need to CANCEL, CHANGE, or POSTPONE a reservation, it must be done NO LATER THAN:
14 days before arrival for a one-room unit or a two-bedroom cabin (cabin units 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8).
30 days before arrival for a four-bedroom cabin (cabins 9, 10, or 11).
14 days before arrival for a guided fishing trip
If these expectations cannot be met, then the credit card may be charged up to 1/2 the TOTAL BALANCE DUE for all reserved services. A cash deposit can be sent and held on account with the same expectations as credit card information.
