Cabin 4 & 5 Exterior

Our One-Bedroom cabins #6 and #7 sit in the middle of the property and north of our office building. Each cabin is half of a single duplex building, but there is no other connection between the two cabins. These simple cabins make a comfortable resting place for two or three individuals, a small family, or a couple. Reserving both cabins #6 and #7 creates the perfect balance of closeness as well as privacy for two couples traveling together. Each cabin includes a double bed, a single bed, a futon sofa, a satellite television, a dining table, and a kitchenette in one open space, about 360 square feet. Of course, there is a private bathroom and a covered porch with a great view of the river. The terrific view and wide yard in front of cabins #6 and #7 make them a favorite with a number of our frequent guests. Our deluxe one-bedroom cabin #2 and our two-bedroom cabin #8 share that same yard and pair well with cabins #6 and #7 for additional space.

Pets are permitted in cabins #6 and #7 with an additional charge of $20 per pet per night. Please see our pet policy for further details.

  • Four-Bedroom Cabins (#9-#11): thirty days before your scheduled arrival

  • Guided Fishing Trip: fourteen days before your scheduled trip

  • Boats: three days before your scheduled use

  • Meals: fourteen days before your scheduled arrival

Your cabin will be ready for check-in after 3 p.m. on your arrival date. If you want to arrive before 3 p.m., call us to see if your cabin will be available at an earlier time. We need you to be checked out of your cabin by 11 a.m. on your departure day, although you are welcome to stay and fish after checking out of your cabin. If you want to leave before we open the office in the morning, please check out with us the afternoon before your departure.

Cabin rates are dependent on the number of people in the cabin who are age six and over; children ages five and under do not count toward the occupancy limits or the rates. Each cabin has a maximum occupancy; we cannot allow overcrowding.

A two-night minimum stay is expected at all times. A three-night minimum stay is expected for the Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends as well as Independence Day weekend (when applicable). Requests for one-night reservations will be considered around the scheduling of other reservations but will not typically be accepted during our busier seasons.

To best accommodate the needs of all of our guests, we welcome pets in some but not all of our cabins. Cabins #6, #7, #8, #9, and #10 are pet-friendly. Bringing a pet to one of these permitted cabins costs $20 per pet per night. Pets are not allowed on the cabin furniture or bedding; bring their own bedding and food bowls with you. Keep pets on a leash at all times when they are outside and do not leave them alone in the cabin. Any damage from pets will be charged to your account. Please let us know in advance if you intend to bring a pet.

Pets are not allowed in cabins #2, #3, #4, #5, and #11. Evidence of a pet in one of these no-pet cabins will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

You may smoke outside on the porch of your cabin. Please use the ashtrays and cigarette cans conveniently placed on the porches. In consideration of our other guests, smoking is not permitted inside any of our cabins.

Many people have commented about how peaceful it is here. In consideration of all of our guests, quiet hours are enforced. Between the hours of 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., keep any noise to a normal speaking volume to prevent disturbing other guests.

Guests are responsible for the appropriate usage of all facilities as well as any damage beyond normal wear that is inflicted on the cabins, grounds, buildings, boats, or boat motors. Please notify us if damage occurs so that we may work with you to correct the issue.

After departing, if you find you are missing something of value, please call as soon as possible to see if it has been found and to identify the item.

You must be at least 21 years old to rent a boat and motor from us.

You are responsible for damages (beyond normal wear) to the boat and motor up to and including the value of the boat and/or motor if damaged beyond repair.

The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission requires all people born on or after January 1, 1986, to have a state authorized Boater Education Certificate before operating a motorboat (including our jon boats), PWC, or sailboat in Arkansas. You can find out more about the AGFC-approved online course here: Arkansas Boater's Ed

By reserving a guide, you are having a man devote his day to serving only you. If you cancel your trip, then your guide will likely lose his opportunity for a day’s work. We will require a cancellation fee which may be up to the full value of the reserved guide service if you cancel your reservation less than fourteen days before the trip.
